For those of you who've had some of their beers, what's been your favorite, or one you'd like to re-visit? I've had a few of their higher gravity beers and although I liked them all, this was by far my favorite:

Boy, would I like to find a few of these bad boys again!

I'd like to see what people suggest, they're a little too pricey for me to try many of their offerings and figure out which are my faves, or to revisit ones I've had.

I've tried an assortment of their shelf beers and they were all average at best, at a high price point - will not buy again unless I have an opportunity to try the beer geek stuff.

Finishing a 4 pack of their Simcoe IPA cans. The Citra IIPA was phenomenal but expensive. 4 pack Simcoe is very good and was only $9.99.

I have had quite a few of their beers.. I find that their Stouts and Wild ales are their best styles. My Top 3 from them so far is Vanilla Shake, George, and White Wine Barrel Aged Its Alive.. All the breakfast and brunch beers are great.. Pricey though

The Citra Imperial IPA that the OP mentioned is definitely very good. Beer Geek Brunch Weasel is one of the best coffee stouts on the market. George is super bitter, almost exceedingly so, but very tasty anyway. The Red Wine version of Big Worse was really tasty, too.

I've had Vanilla Shake and Brunch Weasel. Both were very good, but there are better and cheaper options out there.

Single Hop Simcoe was my favorite. I have a Beer Geek Breakfast in the fridge though, so my opinion could change within a matter of days.

I thought Vanilla Shake was phenomenal; I haven't had many non-BA beers that were that full bodied and sweetly vanilla-flavored.

Beer Geek Brunch Weasel & Vanilla Shake for me... Most of their other stouts have seemed insanely carbonated for my palate.

I've kinda lost track of how many of their beers I've had... I liked the It's Alive. Any of their Breakfast Beer Geek stout variations have been good. But the four or five of the Spontan______ series has been hit or miss.

Loved the citra and simcoe single hop DIPA. Loved Vanilla Shake. Felt the same for Beer Geek Dessert.

Like others I really like the Beer Geek series and the Vanilla Shake. I was also quite fond of their collab with Grassroots (Wheat is the new hops).

Would second JouerAvecLeFeu. Pretty much completely agree that the Beer Geeks are all on point. Spontans can be hit or miss, but don't always goes based on the BA rating. I really enjoyed Spontanmandarin despite the very low rating. With all Mikkeller beers, I think you just have to read the label and decide whether or not it sounds like a beer you would like.

I really like their big stouts and their IPAs are really nice if you can get them on the fresher side.

Beer Geek Vanilla Shake has been my favorite by far. I really want to try BA Vanilla Shake but the $ to ounce ratio is prohibitive.
