Henry Weinhard's. I know it's an imitation of what it used to be, but I can't help myself. When I get the chance, I will always grab a sixer of Private Reserve or Blue Boar Ale. Too many good memories of being a young man in Portland during the late 80's...

Does Henry Weinhard's still exist? That was our go to beer back in the day. We used to debate which batch number was better. Crazy days.

Well, shoot. Like at that crazy man who posted just before I did. ^^^^^^

Freigeist / Jester King - Sauer Power. Smoked sour that NO ONE at the local bottle shop liked, but there I was, everyday after work drinking $9 10oz pours of it for about 5 days before they took it off the line, apparently I was the only one who had been ordering it on the reg.

    Heineken Light.

Regular Heineken is one of my least favorite beers on the planet, and I was surprised when I took a sip of Heineken Light I didn't dry heave and feel like a skunk just sprayed into my mouth.

Budweiser Chelada: I will guzzle one. Everyone else I know considers it an abomination.

Miller genuine draft...I can still pound down a few MGD's when I'm feeling like "drinking LESS responsibly"

I loved Stone Belgo Anise IRS. A big ol' licorice bomb. Delicious.

I also think The Bruery Smoking Wood (rye version) is a wonderful beer. Which leads me to agree completely with this post:

Testify, brother. I know exactly what you mean.

Glad to see some Michelob love here. Found some in my Dad's fridge and put 'em down. Love the lava lamp. Also, Bell's Venus: had one with my brother on Xmas eve (after a Mercury) and it was quite a change up. Different but definitely not horrible. Then my girlfriend had one on tap at the cafe. I thought it was great, don't understand the hate. To throw one of my own out there: Shiner's Birthday Chocolate Cake Stout. I really liked the fudgy taste and thought it was easy drinking.

Other than macro's, I don't think I like one that others hate.. It's usually the other way around. But I will add Ciders to the equation. Lots of "bro's" find them too feminine. Which is odd, because they mostly drink bud light, BUT ANYWAYS.. You can find a lot of nice ciders out there(other than Angry Orchard, or Redd's, which isn't even a cider). I'm sipping on a bomber of Crispin' Honey Reserve as I type. It's like drinking Jesus.

I think only one person has mentioned this one so far....Blue Moon White...the original....very underrated and a beer I'll gladly drink in the summer.

I see Stone's Chai IRS get a lot of flak, but it's one of the best stouts I've ever had. The chai flavor was dominant, but not overpowering, and added a lot to an already awesome brew.

I need to try this again. I love Chile beers, but I felt like cocoa mole had no substance. To me it was watery, lacking in substance, with a bit of heat on the finish. I expect more from a 9% beer.

Ever since I had Summer Shandy, it replaced Corona for those hot day beers. Really refreshing!

SA Boston Lager/Summer Ale (but it doesn't taste like tropical hop juice or coffee or is sour DURRRRP!)

Insert a number of BMC beers here and you would be good to go for this thread topic.

But in all seriousness, for me:

    Coors Banquet
Coors Light (OH NO! THE HORROR!!)
    Blue Moon
    Shock Top
    Shock Top Honeycrisp Apple Wheat
Michelob Golden Draft & Golden Draft Light
    Yuengling Traditional Lager

And as a toss in, Budweiser, Bud Light, and Bud Select aren't too bad either.
