    Going to be another warm'ish day today, then cooler in the 60's the rest of the week

    Need to drink down some of these bad boys I brought back from NJ a few weeks back.....some tasty "Jersey Juice" for sure! Sure goes down easily for nearly 8% abv!

    Morning Kids, Just dropped Lucy off at the grommers for a bath and a mani pedi ha ha she's a Diva Dog. Or momma seems to think so. Buffett tickets arrived today, Ribs on the Smoker ... time to enjoy a few beers and a cigar. Have a great day all.

    Good morning BAs! The new stove is delivered, installed, and already serving as a photostand. Today's new brew is Alesmith's Wee Heavy. I never look at reviews or brewery website data until after I've written mine, so I didn't even guess this was barrel - aged until after i write and uploaded my review. Now, 40 minutes into it, I'm starting to pick up some bourbon but no distinct vanillin.

    Graduated from medical school yesterday and to sum up how im feeling right now I thought this should be my first beer as an MD.

    Good Monday morning. The oyster roast and sparkling wine yesterday at Iron Horse Winery was the prelude to flights at Lagunitas in the evening. I slept in this morning...not as young as I think I am...

    Back in the saddle with one of the purchases as we searched Petaluma grocery stores for a particular bran muffin. Lots of good beer in the grocers!

    Firestone Walker's Double Jack: layers of tropical fruit on big caramel malt bill with some hop bite. I like. Cheers!
