I hear 2 blends were released at the ticketed tasting event this past weekend, was hoping to get some info on them. How many of each blend were released and how many per person

    Thanks for the info!

From what I've been gathering, Cory decided to give out bottles to those who had a ticket at the Derivation tasting Sunday.

    About 60 tickets

    1pp on Blend 2
    2pp on Blend 1

Blend 1 will be released again at the TWCP event. Cory stated he didn't have any plans to release Blend 2 again soon, so I'm guessing surprise events or just luck on that one?

This is all through what I've gathered so hopefully someone else can shed more light here.

Was this ticketed tasting something that was publicly announced, or was that only for people in the know?

    Hey guys,

In our tasting room about a month ago, we just put a little note on our chalkboard that read "ask about our Derivation preview event". We didn't announce it or share it via the normal social media things, it was to support those who support our tasting room on a daily basis.

We later decided to not only make it a tasting, but to also release some bottles to our regulars.

Being that parts of Derivation #1 were put into barrels before our first Side Project release, these were relatively small batches (brewed way before we would realize the demand for our beers). Every batch I brew now is much, much larger.

TWCP will be getting some cases of Derivation #1, but it will be for their rewards club members.

The idea might to keep the remainder of the beer for our tasting room, so when people do travel down to see us, we can share it.

Hope that this sheds some light. Thanks everyone!

Was any of this kegged? Or is everything out of the bottle?

I hope to one day try these beauties!
