i hoped for so much more in regards to label design

 

yeah good point that label is gonna make the beer taste like shit

 

I dig the art. The artist, Jeff Dekal, is local to the area and does cover artwork for Marvel and Valiant Comics. He's a really awesome dude and I'm happy he got to do the art.

Glad I don't drink the labels.

I don't think this is the design they will use once they start bottling more offerings. Maybe they will continue to contract local artists to do labels for their special release bottles and those will look very different each time.

 

wasn't saying i hated it...i understand the brewery has a big comic influence so it makes sense, i was just hoping for something more

 

The bottle will also have a hot pink bottle cap and will be dipped in pink wax. Hope it meets expectations...

Anyone heard updates on the extra DFPF bottles? Or is this going to be another scenario that gets resolved a month after the initial target date?

 

You can buy a 2nd bottle for $20+tax. Pickups have already begun

No. You need a trustee to buy and pickup your bottles/glass

 

Dear OG's

We have bottled DFPF finally and here are the details. We have 800 - 750 ml bottles. Which insures that everyone will get their one allotted bottle and the chance to purchase at least 1 additional bottle. We are setting up the ecommerce sight right now so that you may purchase your additional bottle. The extra bottles will be $20 plus tax. You or your trustee may start to pick up these bottles Tuesday next week. To try and make this as fair as possible we will lottery the last 200 bottles and email those people to see if they would like to buy a third bottle or pass the opportunity on to another OG. Also we will hold your bottles till the end of the year. If you do not choose to purchase a second bottle within the given time frame we will also pass this on to another OG as well. As soon as we have the link for the page we will email everyone with their password so they can go and purchase their additional bottle.

Plus 2/3rds are supposed to receive an email regarding the purchase of a third bottle.

 

I work a stones throw from Wakefield if someone needs me to trustee. it'd be cool if I could buy a bottle off of you but not necessary.

 

Should people expect a response email when you set up your trustee?

 

what ever happened to those og growlers?

 

Not sure if that's the case. I haven't had any issues picking up for people thus far so I'm assuming they update the trustee list without replying back confirming
