At the risk of sounding cliché (nay, what the hell who cares), I actually do enjoy PBR. Refreshing and easy drinking.

I like heat in my beer such as PB, mex cake and others. However I found habenero sculpin to be obnoxious and way over in heat. I took one sip and my throat was on fire for a half hour. Drain poured the rest. Another that comes to mind that I hate and many love is CW bbbw. Tried it two years ago when I was not as familiar with this style, then had several others and became fond of the style and then went back and tried it and still hated it again.

Busch, Hamms, Old Milwaukee, Pacifico, Victoria, Corona Extra, Coors Extra Gold, Coors Original ... sorry, I'm not a beer snob. Beer is still beer, some of it tastes better than the rest, I get that, I fucking spend hundreds of dollars on craft each month, it's not like I'm some jackass craft hater. But I also like just cheap ass shitty beer. Sorry if I'm some lower class citizen to you.

at some point, all of them ... mention a beer enough on BA, and you'll find somebody willing to tell you how much it sucks

    to pick one:

    Southern Tier's Creme Brulee

Sure, it's like throwing your beer in a bag of sugar and it damn sure needs to come in something MUCH smaller than a bomber, but I still like it.

    Porkslap
    Jammer
Bud light lime ( tastes good but it's a garaunteed stomach ache ) and lime a Rita
Most imports like carlsberg and lucky Buddha not that nobody likes them but as a favorite? Seems to be me more often than not.

And from what seems to be this way because of the sixpoint jammer thread I'm going to say Jammer. I'd drink that every day.

I also buy ciders often. Angry orchard, smith and forge, woodchuck.

I think that to start a review discussing that if you have an open mind you will understand what The BP was going for illustrates a problem with the idea that the human mind cannot recognize or understand another. What you are basically saying is that the beer meets the standard of a good or great beer if the person is as highly develed as you are. I am a big fan of beer. That being said I am not a fan of beer that has hot peppers in it. That doesn't mean that I am not as refined as you or as you stated don't "get" what Ballast Point is doing. It just means I don't like the beer. I also don't like tostadas or creamy peanut butter. Doesn't mean I dont "get" it.

An ice cold PBR tall boy on a hot summer day aint hurt no body. However, I live in PA now and prefer Yuengling Traditional these days.

Hey, no problem with that! I just posted on another thread about beer while grilling...Modelo tall boy cans...crisp and clean finish is perfect on a hot day!

Good point. However, I did not mean it that way...

Rather, a few of my friends flat out refused to try it as soon as I uttered the words, "Habanero beer".
