    If you do not want to read the article again, let me quote it for you:
    "But 95 percent of the time, I don't want something that tastes delicious. I want a Bud Light. I am not being falsely contrarian or ironic in a hipsterish way. This is something that I genuinely feel: I do not want a tasty beer."

    So Budweiser must have some really smart people in their advertising department. Let's hire a guy to try and sell our product whose reason for liking the beer is because it has no taste. Take a bow Bud, take a bow.

    I don't get it... There's a few famous chefs that apparently just don't like beer or don't care. Somebody needs to turn these guys onto good beer.

    Bummer... I liked his season of mind of a chef. I've met some younger chefs who are really interested in pairing food with good beer thought David Chang is known for messing with people's expectations.

    Isn't this also the guy who helped kick off the Pappy Van Winkle bourbon craze that's elevating an okay bourbon to "elite rare beverage costing serious money" status?

    If so, he may know cooking, but he's not exactly an expert on alcohol.

    It's right on the mark.

    We have reduced fat peanut butter, reduced fat cheese.... and there's reduced flavor beer - but in this case, for those who don't like the taste of beer. That's what AAL's are made for exactly, especially the "light" ones.

    BMC is perfect for people who don't like or want the taste of beer.

    I think it's funny that when it comes to high end food and flavors, this dude is one of the top dawgs. I mean he can take ramen, make it taste delicious and get mucho dinero for it but when he's done, he just wants to pound Bud Lights.

    Bash them all you want! I love the craft brews but not too snobby for a bud! Great commercials when the super bowl rolls around and nothing wrong with promoting their interest! Don't get me wrong as there are far better beers out there but this is America and bud is a part of it!

    I think it says much about David Chang's beverage sophistication more than it says anything about Budweiser. For those that recall the original articles there was very interesting back and forth between him and Garrett Oliver. And quite telling that he's now a Bud spokesperson.

    Wow. That Chang guy aggravated me way more than I expected. I didn't find him amusing or clever. He came off like a jackass - just another idiot BMC drinker who thinks it's funny to deride people who prefer beer with flavor.
