I have one unopened can of "JR Beer" given to me by mom (of all the non-beer-drinking people in the world). It fits perfectly in my UVA cup. This is the closest thing to "beer history" I have... judging it only goes for 15-20 bucks on eBay, I'm not going to be burning down the halls of Antique Roadshow.

Anyone else own some beer "artifacts"/"relics"?

Couple of openers from Renner & Weber out of Ohio, a nice old tray from Tivoli in Colorado and a glass embossed by Windish Muhlhauser from Cincinnati.

And--oh yeah---an unopened bottle of altbier brewed by the late, unlamented Blimp City brewery from Akron, Ohio.

I have a Coors Light Bottle from the early 1980's (I believe) that my father gave to me. I'm not a fan of beer-flavoured water but it's a neat addition to my bottle collection.

I have a bunch of 1950's era German Steins I inherited from my grandfather. He was military from late WWII through the 60's. Someday I'll take them out of storage and do something with them. I don't know what they're worth, but given they're all in immaculate condition, it wouldn't surprise me if they were valuable. I'll post pics here if I ever get them out.

I have a bunch of stuff from a defunct Allentown brewery called Neuweiler.

I've never checked the value of anything but I'm not really motivated to sell any of it anyway.

    I have:
an empty 22 oz bottle (of I think a dopplebock) from ZIP City (my first brewpub here in NYC, circa '94).
a pull top can of Schlitz that says 1973 on it (found in my parent's basement fridge, has probably been there that long).
a full bottle of Hull's bock (New Haven, CT, I believe they went out in the early 70's).

I've got a rusting naked lady bottle opener from the 50s, several old beer trays advertising some regional NY beers (Utica Club, Genessee, Knickerbocker), an old galvanized pail advertising Rolling Rock, and a shriveled, anguished liver.

Had a ton of ashtrays but got rid of them all in a yard sale last year along with a few old beer glasses.

An unopened can of San Miguel with the old style pull tab I picked up in the 80s. Should have to degraded to 100% formaldehyde by now.
