    Another cold day in Atlantic Canada... The warmest it got today was 10 Celsius (50 Fahrenheit for you Americans). Not particularly warm for the second of June but I guess there's nothing I can do about it.

    I was feeling a little chilled after work today so I decided to break out a nice dark, high ABV belgian-style ale to warm up. La Resolution brewed by Unibroue was my choice for the day.

    Beautiful notes of Dark fruit, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla are present and easily recognized. Nice and sweet but not overly so.

    Once again, Unibroue delivers an excellently brewed, beautiful ale to the masses.

    Finished off a perfect session able strawberry blond from Great River Brewery for the 2nd week in a row! Golden keg reseated of their Wit Saturday. Had my son pour me a Moosehead to go with dinner, went fishing, returned with another NG Scream. Watching Cubs continuing to play well.
