    Dexter? You're on BA?

My old stomping grounds! Lord knows that neighborhood would benefit from a better craft beer scene. They key is outreach, man. Dominican's will embrace the craft beer if you hip them to it!

Well this is awkward, Tapit... Nice avatar.

I work at a small, fancy pants wine store. We have a small but really cool beer selection. We only have like 7 cooler doors and only one for bombers but I manage to keep my fridge full. Also, the discount is really nice.

Just got to go to a Trade-only beer festival recently that has made this whole job worth it (As if it wasn't already)

I've held many jobs in my life, from pizza delivery girl, waitress, bartender in college, corporate trainer for a restaurant chain, chef, caterer/restaurant owner, purchaser for a large upscale catering company, and I love my current jobs the most. I work at two amazing bottle shops, the pay sucks, but the perks are awesome.

Not unlike guy above…got an English degree…whoops.

I'm a customer service advocate/account manager dickwad in the commercial roofing industry. BUT, I took this job to live in Colorado right after graduating college, and things are actually really good otherwise and on the up and up! I love living in Colorado so much, I would shovel shit for pay.

Because amazing weather (despite what most people think), 15 minutes either way to downtown Denver or trailheads in the foothills, snowboarding, always knowing which way West is, being able to take a half day because "I'm going white-water rafting this afternoon", and…BEER.

I don't know what else to say. I hate my job* but this place is so awesome, I really don't care.

*Yes, I'm working on something else (BIG). Check my recent post history if you really care.

So I see. I get taplist updates and they look ridiculous. There was another bar around 207 that had a bunch of Backyard Rye bottles. I introduced all my boys to that goodness and they were in love. It ain't all bad.

My biggest influences are Raymond Carver, Sam Shepard, and Cormac McCarthy, though I don't pretend to write as well as they do. For now, I've mainly been working on short stories.
