    Mortgage Banker working in the most expensive metro area housing market in the US. Love getting people into their own homes and also love the stiff challenge of getting past underwriting in the most heavily regulated environment in US history. But also breaks my heart to see that many lower and middle class hard working people cannot buy a home here because of insane inflated prices.

    I worked as a civil engineer for about 10 years trying to figure out how to keep subdivisions from flooding. Then I got a couple of grad degrees in finance and now work at a big bank trying to predict how many people are going to default on their mortgages.

    I price beer for AB/Inbev in one of the largest grocery chains in the country. I get paid to ponder the beer business. Right now enjoying a fresh Goose Island IPA while putting together some out of stock reports. My job is the best.
