Saying thanks to a BA

    Every so often, there is a post by a new trader that usually gets replied to by a link to the AleWatcher blog. One such post had a brief discussion that new BA's should BM more established members with questions. I decided to take that person up on his offer.
    It wasn't a big question or anything; I was looking for advice in landing something that I was having trouble getting. I hoped for a few words back with some advice and that was it. Instead, the BA is hooking me up with a big want and asked for nothing more than "just ship me some locals that you really enjoy". I was slightly taken aback by how it worked out, and obviously took him up on his offer.
    MarkIntihar, Thanks. It was relatively intimidating to cold-call someone for advice, and you helped me out a lot. Thanks for looking out for the new guys bud.

    I would like to echo your praise for MarkIntihar. He also stepped up big-time and sent out a lif box when the originator was unable to fulfill their commitment.

    My trade partner Leschkie mentioned to Mark that I was hunting some BB4D, so he brought a bottle out to california to give to him when he visited recently. I visited Leschkie last week and received said bottle...thanks, Mark!

    Thanks for all the kind words everyone! I've been fortunate to have nothing but solid trading experiences here, from my very first trade with biglobo on. I still feel like I'm trying to catch up to all the generosity that's been thrown my way... much of it coming from others who have posted in this thread!
