Since it comes from a cross over member, and since I'm not a real member of this group(yet, although I'm two boxes in, and more coming), I figured I'd cross over a #VBS

@Dave_Treat , the man is a pinnacle of his name. He treats me to some of the best shit, I've ever had. The guy is like beer santa to me.

Its not the ideal weather for this beer, but to hell with it, I couldn't wait for my first taste of a Bruery big stout. But... I'm home with the kids, sitting outside with the BGE smoking away on some ribs, some music in the background to drown out the ceiling fans humming, and... all is well....!!



This is fucking awesome.. Period. I need a membership, stat.

 

Dude there are OGs (ok, inactive ones...) with fewer boxes sent in this thread than you... Just, you know the rules, read thread history and do a LIF and you'll be just fine

 

Best thing about this beer? The single serving container.

I'm on the waiting list for membership, and as soon as one opens up I'm planning on sharing an allotment with a friend or two.

 

Yeah well Drew is gonna get his medicine from a #pickitupformebro and then I've got a great LIF idea going with my next spawn on the way.

This group actually still does BIFs, with targets and senders and hints and all the trimmings

 

Slightly longer version of the story is that at one point before having our 'resident mods', a few of us (including yours truly) got put in time out for some questionable behavior. It was then realized that as a group, we had no contingency plan for if something catastrophic happened on BA.

One of our dearest members, @Haywire, was generous enough with his time to set us up an entire website complete with some very nice features. With mixed emotions (happiness that we could, sadness that we gave up having a place all our own, regret that we made poor use of our friend's time), we ended up staying on BA.

I am proud to have been a part of the first (and to date only) BIF hosted on that site, it was definitely a lot of fun while it lasted, and I'm very happy to know it's there should we ever need it.

 

what fun is that.. I like to wake up on a saturday morning.. and then go through my cellar and 4 fridges and get drunk...

than I send whatever the the fuck I want, and BOOM...
