We keep it in line, and we keep it fun, something beer should be. Im happy to say the site is probably less stringent than before, but I think the focus is still the same. Great people, great beer, and a great time.. something I've seen before and after becoming a staff member here, and something I strive to see each day. The generosity here in the locals, and swtfyw, as well as the other BIFs and LIFs' on this site are something that warm my heart, and along with the charity that takes place between everyone, I really enjoy it. I think it's contagious.

 

I don't use it.. but I appreciate the forethough.

 

Will you fuckers drink the damn beer we sent? It's a beautiful weekend, the weather is perfect almost everywhere but north korea, and dammit, you should be thirsty in this heat!

Celebrating Father's Day early due to having to work that weekend so the wifey and daughter played chauffeur to Cigar City for a nice taster:

Then off to a brewpub in Brandon we have never been to before where I had a blue cheese stuffed burger with siracha sauce, a Bruery Orxata and a Foundner's KBS (who has bottles of KBS in the cooler!?!):

Now to watch the Black Birdies get put back in their place by my Bolts.... (Cooler of beer waiting to celebrate the victory tonight):

Keith, you know I would never stand in line for crackers and they are whale crackers.

Just received an amazing box from @vitaminvert who I am somehow going to turn into a regular trading partner, lol. Started with me asking about a Casey glass he sent his target in the Stout BIF and escalated from there. Was supposed to be a trade for the equivalent of ~6 large format bottles, we have another Local that doesn't follow rules



Casey Glassware, I love how it seems like its big enough for me to pour an entire bomber into Decided I'd sit on my only Casey bottle until I had proper glassware, until...
Casey Saison, Oak Theory, and East Oak - Totally awesome and unexpected. I figured he might toss one in the box to go with the glass, had no idea there'd be three!
Cycle Thursday - The big boy, can't wait for this one based on what I've heard about it
Avery <latin names> - Heard great things about these and didn't manage to track any down when they hit LA, perfect
Lost Rhino Bacterium Blondus - New to me but I love sours so this should be good
Crooked Stave Petite Sour Blueberry - I love Crooked Stave so this one might go straight into the fridge for drinking in a couple hours
Founders Backwoods Bastard - Can never go wrong with this one
Denver Beer Co Incredible Pedal - Looks like a solid IPA, will enjoy in the perfect 81 degree sunny weather we're having rn
Avery Liliko'i Kepolo - Always hear about this one but never tried. A good witbier is what got me started in craft beer so always love to go back and revisit
