Brewing an ipa right now and just realized i'm missing magnum, which was supposed to be my battering hop. I have these hops on hand i coulf potentially use to sub. Simcoe, centennial, Apollo, and Columbus. Would any if these work??

Any of those would work. Just be sure to adjust the quantity for the different alpha acid percentages.

Just my opinion, but I'm a big fan of Columbus as a bittering hop.

IMHO ... best sub for Magnum ==> Columbus.

I agree with the Columbus recommendation.

Dogpile for Columbus, but...Vike is right. Not a bad one in the bunch if you have enough to hit your desired IBU

I'd go centennial but that's just me.
