I know we all fantasize about it.
Owning your own brewery. Laying under all the barrel taps with your mouth wide open like Barney Gumble from the Simpsons getting lost in flavor country and inebriated beyond all known boundaries of inebriation.

That said, what would you call your brewery?
What would your house beer be called and why?

Mine would be "plenty river brewing" As I live a stones throw from the river itself and the house ale would be "Yarrambat IPA" which is a leafy little suburb just another stones throw from where i sit.

Since it's out of business now, I would go with my avatar, Goebel Brewing Co. and since I'd be resurrecting the name, the house beer would be Resurrection Ale.

I don't know what I would call my brewery, but living in St Petersburg FL, which for a long time was nicknamed "God's waiting room," I would definitely call the tasting room God's Tasting Room

With so many brewers suing over similar names and whatnot, I'd want to go for something meaningless that wouldn't get lawyers sending me letters, so maybe something nonsensical like Cubed Skier Wuss Brewing or Scour Socks Brewing.

I don't know for sure. But probably something silly like Flying Emu.

Equally silly- Prancing Hippo? We could do a collaboration called Game Preserve, featuring powered rhino horn and emu toes.

I love geographic brewery names. I would probably name it after the city I was in or something that is significant to the area I decided to open the brewery.

BBC. Big Bold & Chocolaty. We'd only maked salted chocolate imperial stouts served up in 9 liter magnums.

Boomyan Brewing Company...because it has a good, crisp sound to it; and "John Boomyan" was an alias I once created while drunk. Why not honor a man who doesn't exist?

I've had this idea for quite some time.

M.A.D. Brewing, short for Mutually Assured Drinking, with names reflective of the cold war and its weaponry, like Titan II DIPA, RDS-1 Imperial stout, SCUD unfiltered ale, etc. All the tap handles would look like missles.

Feel free to take this idea and run with it.
