What would you name your brewery?

    Clown Shoes because it'd be the dumbest name. People would make fun of me and wouldn't take me seriously, but I'd make great beer.

    I call my home brewery singletrack. It already exists so if I went for real I would use clean line or rock garden for the biking thing or go to my skiing passion and use fall line or or out of bounds.

    Fat Dog Creek Brewing. Once at deer camp we were getting or coffee and dish washing water from a small creek just yards from our camp. About two days in, we found a dead, swollrn dog up stream. It was called fat dog creek from that day on.

    The Wade-Giles (T) and Pinyin (D) pronunciations are both wrong, but the Pinyin is closer. Might as well make it "道 Beer."

    Well, yes, in so far as "kanji" is just Japanese for "Chinese/Han character."

    It depends if I open one with my father-in-law we home brew together. When we bottle we set up an old church door he has on 2 saw horses and that is our work bench. So ours is called Old Church Door Brewery. If I open one myself in the town I live in (Wabash) I would call it Cannon Ball Brewery.
