What's your favorite BA thread topic?

I only recently got into this as well - such good reading. In the best examples, the drama and the twists are better than anything Hollywood could come up with

 

Probably one of the ones where someone thinks all lager is synonymous with Bud Light.

 

Before seeing this I was 3 beers away from looking like a real idiot. Great suggestion! ISO.

There have been some great threads where the OP calling out someone as a potential bad trader ends up outing themselves as a bad trader.

 

I like what's your favorite... Type threads.

 

Favorite/best IPA/DIPA threads.

 

I'll start by saying I actively avoid threads that look like they'll mostly be about beers that just aren't in my area. That stuff makes me too thirsty (& salty).

Outside of that, most every BA thread is golden. I guess the goofier ones really appeal to me. & definitely WBAYDN.

 

"What's your top five beers from the best cities for beer in the top five states in a can for my wedding if you could only drink one beer for the rest of your life on a desert island after mowing the lawn on a golf course at the beach while camping if it went from hot to cold or cold to hot..."

...but, sadly, the OP always leaves part of that thread out.

Worst Beer threads. Some of the descriptions are pretty hilarious. From time to time, I even peruse the worst reviewed beers on BA. Always good for some belly laughs.

Other than that, WBAYDN.

 

Nothing worse than posts in the whale threads complaining that "I *only* got 4 cases" of whatever rare beer almost everyone else missed out on. Even more douchey when followed up with a brag that the 50 people in line behind him got screwed because he took the entire stock.

The how old are you and what do you do threads were fun. Sometimes novel new questions also arise, are well stated, and provoke/provide days worth of opinion and conjecture. This place is truly fun!
