    Brewmaster Jack is the most underrated brewery in New England. Just had a bomber of their Hop Essence: Simcoe edition. They really excel at hoppy beers. Moved on to another underrated brew, Aphrodite by Dieu du Ciel. The cocoa and vanilla make this beer incredible.

    To me, it's just a glass of beer with a cap-off (or two, depending on how you play it :wink: ...playa :rolling_eyes:)

    This beer is right up my alley - tripels were an early fave, and the DIPA is a current fave...

    The barrel-aging is subtle on this one - and it tastes perfect for it's descriptors - I mean, it's a DIPA and a barrel-aged tripel - there is a feel and I guess "yeastiness" to it that is distinctly Belgian, and akin to a tripel, but the hop level takes it up a notch, accented by whatever wood flavors the barrels imparted to the beer... I'm gonna get more of this if I spot it. I'm thinking it was ~ $10+ bottle here on LI.

    Can't honestly say I've had this one fresh.
    Champagne like with the carbonation and mouth feel , not a lot of funk with mild fruit and oak notes I liked it. I'll try to grab another to replace this one
    Fair weather Bills fan here. And dang , they've sucked for awhile now. Was glass of the day.
