Wow, just Monday, feels like it should be the end of the week. Don't have a beer called "End of the Week" but have Unibroue's 2010 La Fin Du Monde. I think I like this one better fresh, but still a very tasty tripel.

Cheers! What's in your glass tonight?

I just cracked into one of the two bottles of Cascade Sang Noir that I picked up last night on recommendation from my favorite bartender. He didn't lead me astray, this stuff is delicious.

Meads have always been a little sweet for my taste but I have been impressed with B. Nektar lately
(and this one is aged in bourbon barrels :grinning: )

Tonight will be graced with my first New Belgium Tart Lychee. After that, it'll probably be Torpedo and/or Festina Peche and/or Bigfoot. I hate Mondays.

First time trying this one from Weyerbacher. I had a craving for something barrel aged and this is satisfying that craving nicely.

I had about 24oz of Kelso Industrial IPA left in my growler which was filled yesterday.

It was very fruity yesterday but it's gotten more bitter and citrus rind-like today...

Manic Monday is right..... got into work today (cooking) and the produce order hadn't come in yet (at 2..... and we open at noon.....), a bain-marie of clarified butter caught on fire, was dropped and almost burned my friend's face off (still honestly not sure how it didnt) and I saw an kitchen sprinkler system go off for the first time in my life. Then, the clean-up began.... Oh, and it's DUMPING outside and the lightning is cracking. All in all, one hell of a night. Thankfully it's an early one. Now that i'm home, i'm gonna walk my ass to the bar and get a Society and Solitude #4, then come home and drink some more! Cheers guys!

I've been taking a break from hoppy beers lately, but I had to break my hopless streak for this one considering I've never had it before:

Took the day off and ran up to Wisconsin to pick up New Glarus' Thumbprint Saison, which is excellent. I'm thinking of cracking a Kriek de Ranke to share later on....

Ahhhh, I love the Bangles, sat next to Sussana Hoffs at the 84 Olympic games in LA. But for tonight I indulge in a new brew for me, a DIPA Citra called Nobility from a local craft house in Anaheim called Noble Ale Works. It's very good, all the tell tale signs of my favorite hop variety in full effect.

    Cheers......
