This type of fly-by-night half-assed mathematical precision is why the United States ranks 35th in the world and Texas 31st in the country for math proficiency.

I kid. I downloaded a Julian calendar app to assist my feeble brain. I just think it's a pointless way to date; I don't see the upside.

Over the last month or so I've been able to re-try their beers. Not just for the change, but because I had their beers a few years ago as I was getting into beer, and I know my pallet has changed. I agree with OP, their seems to be an improvement. Just recently I had some of their specialties, their imperial red, imperial russian stout, and wee heavy. Also their brewers cut saison. All of which were really good for their style.

I really love the new Lost Gold and Full Moon. Real Ale did a good job with the new recipe.

Drinking the Gose right now and it is phenomenal. The hardcore lime aspect is gone and there is a very nice sweetness I don't really remember from last time. Sweet, salty, tart, with tons of that wheat flavor. Really happy with this and will be picking up more.
