My family and I will be spending a week in a cabin near Estes Park in July. When we've done this in the past, we've made trips fairly often into Longmont & Boulder.

I know there's tons of good beer around there. But I'm trying to narrow things down.

Where should I go while there, and what should I bring home?

    Thanks!

I'd go to Verboten in Loveland for some tasty offerings and while you're at it hit Grimm Brothers for some well done German style beer.

Fort Collins is also worth a little detour to visit Odell, Equinox, and Pateros Creek.

Verboten and Odell will be your best opportunity in this area for unique and satisfying bottled selections.

If you're going to be in Boulder and Longmont: Oskar Blues Tasty Weasel Taproom, Left Hand, Chuburger, Bootstrap, Powder Keg (Niwot), Avery, Upslope, Backcountry (Boulder). If you're extending that to other areas of CO MANY more options. Take home what you like. Dry Dock, Funkwerks, Crooked Stave, locals stuff you don't get in MN.

My wife said she wants to go on a good hick. That certainly looks like a good hike to me.
