    I don't go in to the brewery until 12:30pm tomorrow so I have time. Also, I don't go to sleep until 3~4~5 in the morning.

    You should do a blindfold rating. Have your friend pick the beer for you, but you'll have no idea what it is. Then blindfolded you'll have to rate and review it.
