    Good morning all. Looks a bit dreary down the shore on this fine morning but hoping the sun will make an appearance at some point. Either way, will be having a BBQ with some important male figures in my immediate family, so the drinks will be flowing. Gotta get started early. Have a great day all. Cheers.

    Good Morning, BAs! With Father's Day and a busy schedule tomorrow, I'm starting the festivities a day earlier. I decided to break into my one and only Terrapin FT WnB. This is the perfect breakfast drink...beer, coffee, and maple syrup all in one. My only complaint is the $%&*@ double waxing. Lost the tip of a sharp knife and got a small cut in the process. Oh well, first-world problems. Cheers!

    Always excellent. Bright flavors of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, and pine; with light-moderate caramel/toasted malt balance. Crisp and sticky hop finish with light creaminess in the mouthfeel. Always on IPA fridge rotation.

    Grabbed another random single of this. Still aging well after 5-6 months from packaging for a moderate ABV American stout. Big robust deep dark chocolate/cocoa/coffee/toast/molasses/charred malts and moderate earthy/piney hop flavor/bitterness. Originally was much more hoppy/bitter, mellowed out a bit now but still has sizable bitterness. Still just as tasty as I remember.

    Really delicious Belgo IPA as usual. Big apricot/mango/tangerine/grapefruit hops and banana/clove yeast; with moderate light caramel/toasted bread malt balance with nice spicy yeast/hop bitter finish with good balance. One of the more impressive new American influenced Belgian IPAs I’ve had lately, and Odd Side just bottled a new batch this week. I will probably by another 6 pack as such.

    Always outstanding session IPA. Huge juicy grapefruit/tangerine/pineapple/pine hops with light caramel/bready malt presence and a crisp finish with big robust hop flavors. A top Session IPA favorite for sure. Will be buying more when I go back to Ohio for the 4th.

    My go-to gose. Big tart lemon/lime/green apple fruits with balanced coriander spice, and crackery wheat malts with a crisp acidic/saline finish. Apparently Blood orange is seasonal, but my stock of Victory Kirsch and this will definitely hold me over. I love all of them. Hoping to make one eventually. Just have to figure out how I need to go about kettle souring them over 2-3 days with lacto.

    It's going to be a HOT dry day here with lots of yard work, dog baths, and eventual brisket cooking all in the mix. I better start light and keep them flowing. I have some amazing new beers this weekend I'm looking forward to.

    Happy Saturday BA's.....more rain and gloomy shit today.....my daughter will be coming up from C-bus later today for Dad's Day tomorrow, so looking forward to that!

    Got my wayward hops strung back up, after two of the biggest bines were blown down in storms Thursday night....apparently no harm done to the Cascade cones...yea!

    Nice sunset view from my sunroom / deck last night....love it!
