2015 CF LIF

To be fair, the coconut was never REALLY there to begin with. Agree though, that it's a very tasty beer, just perhaps mislabeled a bit.

 

That actually makes me feel better, I was under the impression it was an almond joy bar in a bottle when fresh and I missed out.

 

I had a bottle dated 12/11/14 on 12/13/14. I never picked up the coconut.

 

I'm not wanting to sound like a tool, so don't take me wrong. The problem is that I'm out of town a lot during the summer and I have a choice; I can either drink it alone or wait a few weeks, or maybe a month. I'd suppose I'd rather drink it, and the others, with friends. I know several guys who have never had any Westbrook before, so it means a lot to me to be able to share my good fortune.

As an aside, I'm in Arkansas at the moment. I was able to go to Ozark Beer Company this morning, and I bought quite a bit of beer at the brewery, including their BDCS. I cannot begin to describe how !INCREDIBLE! this beer is. In my opinion, much better than either KBS or BCBS.

 

Wanting to share beer will NEVER make you sound like a tool.

 

This. All of the coconut that should have been in there went into Last Snow, I think.

I got confirmation that my box landed last week safely with @tclipse, so just dropping that note in here so nobody worries about my delinquency. Not sure what number box it was... maybe 16?

 

Mine landed as well........just hoping for PrOn from all the boxes!!

 

Just dropped my box off for my target. He's been made aware of its existence and tracking number.

 

I was lucky enough to win this amazing box from @JArmour15. I'm pretty sure there was an audible thud when my jaw hit the floor after opening the box full of these beauties. Every single one looks awesome and I can not wait to share them!



I'm continually amazed by the generosity of this amazing community, and I was happy to contribute. Thanks @RayOhioFelton for running this and again thanks to @JArmour15 for making this complete surprise box remarkable.

 

No problem at all, thanks to you for donating to a great charity. Sorry about the box scare, the two tracking number thing really threw me off and had me sweating bullets. Glad it all arrived safely and enjoy!

 

Huge apologies... but yes, received an awesome box of goodies from Nick! Some killer WW including Amorous, Serenity, and Oblivion... along with Marshal Zhukov, 2013 Avery Czar (forgotten how much I enjoyed this beer... and it was fantastic with some age on it!), Clown Shoes Garden State Rhapsody, Event Horizon... and rounds it off with an Orange Truffle Abduction!

Wow! So excited to have won the box from @Mipper ! Loving all of these, especially that six-year vert of BCBS! What a great cause and I was happy to contribute--never imagining that I would win anything. Really a wonderful surprise.
