It would be cool if they only sold bottles to fathers who brought their kids.

Not because it would be a thoughtful thing to do, but just because I wanna see the "looking for someone to let me borrow their child so I can score whales" posts.

Damn, sorry to hear. Hopefully someone there will allow you to buy a bottle or 2 off them. Seems strange that Cycle made the limits so high, obviously they wanted this beer out the door. Mission accomplished

Yeah the high limit baffled me. Last couple nooners were 1pp. Now a case? Oh well. That's the game we play.

 

What was the bottle count?

 

I heard 3000.

When I was two people away from the counter, Doug came in and I heard the bartender tell him there was 2 cases of Nooner left. I got 2 bottles, got in my car and by the time I pulled onto 8th St, they posted on FB that it was sold out. I barely made it. I left at about 1:45pm.

 

If they moved 3000 bottles in less than 2 hours on a Fathers day Sunday with no pre-announcement at $25 per bottle, then I'm giving up on beer releases.
