ST. GENEVIEVE: A DIVINE BELGIAN STYLE WIT Brewed in collaboration with Crown Valley Winery, this homage to the flavors found in sangria is perfect for sipping on summer patios. Over 50 pounds of fruit, including pears, oranges, limes, blueberries, pineapple, and mangoes, were added to both wine and brandy barrels from Crown Valley and aged with our Belgian-style wit over 6 weeks. The result is a juicy, full-bodied crimson ale with a bouquet of citrus and fruit, subtle peppery spice, and a crisp, slightly tannic finish. ABV: 5.5% IBU: 25 Color: Crimson Malt: 2-row Hops: Meridian, Pilgrim Fruit: Oranges, limes, pears, blueberries, pineapple, mangoes
Had this on tap at the Wrigley pub this past Friday. They don't do it justice in describing it. I honestly thought I was getting a Wit, and if you had it blind you would never know. You get the funk and the fruit, and it pour more like a Flemish Brown. Really good, think it was $6.50 for 10oz.
Talking to servers at owen & engine and table donkey & stick they are suppposed to have it later this week
