As I'm sipping 1.0 right now I'd be completely ok with this.

I think Wild Bittter was one of the best beers I've had this year, so far. just the right mix of funk for me.

I would love to hear the collective groans if it was anything other than a wild ale.

Next: BB Kriek. Oct: A fruited sour. Not sure on the fruit but it's something interesting from what I hear. Let the speculation begin!!

I brought 3 sets of clothes and all I got was this lousy non-tradable beer.

It was the Bears/Blackhawks/Cubs outfits that gave you away. Next time go for Badgers/Bucks/Packers. Nobody should every done Brewers attire, regardless of whence they came.

@Jaycase are you talking about vintage 2014? Or wild bitter?

I'm curious as to what the "little something different" addition will be, assuming it's another Gueuze. Hoping to make it out Friday this time around.

I heard that the "little something different" in the next R&D release is horse manure that has been obtained from Deb's horses. To make the beer extra horsey and funky.:grimacing:

I was able to get my hands on a bottle of Wild Bitter this weekend, and I'm kicking myself for not getting more as it was way better than I thought it would be...

Agreed. Easily in my top 3 beers I've had so far this year. I blame my wife, as she couldn't come with to the release with me so I only nabbed 2 bottles. Unless she reads this. Then I blame something else.:grinning:

It was pretty delicious. Have you tried O'so Winds of Change?

Winds of change is pretty darn good beer! I am definitely a fan of that beer after it has some time in the bottle.

Whatever you do, don't buy Restless Soul. Smells like a wonderful hoppy brett red, tastes god awful.

The 2014 Vintage was insanely good. I think it is even a bit better than the wild peach but curious what others think.

I really liked the peach because of the fruit flavor, but it is right up there. I don't think I'm willing to part with any bottles of the 2014 vintage. I could drink an entire bottle of either by myself.

If anyone missed out or wants another bottle of wild bitter, I think I could probably part with one or two.

    Wild Bitter...

A.) Better with sediment mixed in?
    B.) Better without sediment?

Any new or further substantiated rumors about the next R&D release?
