Just FYI, we're still waiting on final allocations for our distributors but expect to see Super IPA as well as the G-Love collab, Peach Porch Lounger, within the first couple weeks of August in Denver/Boulder area.

Also, more FYI, we brewed a beer on their system a while back and was released in CA (very small amount due to their size). Then their dudes came to our brewery and brewed Super IPA on our system. Should be pretty bomb. Stoked for you guys to try it.

    Cheers!

FREAKING HUZZAAHHH!!!!! I was DYING that we would have to wait until GABF. This sounds like a PERFECT over-the-top-hot-summer beer as opposed to a compete-with-Black-Tuesday-release beer. I am so HAPPY!! What a nice bday present you have given me this morning!

Just had a taster last night of Maharaja, Double Jack, and 471, and then 3 more 471's after that (nice job Breck!). Can't wait for this...

if thats the case u need a new distributor! the word is that u have same distributor as sierra nevada in ft. collins and that is why things are so screwed in ft. collins...hopefully they are removing all the old product that they distribute and we will have a chance to try super ipa by aug 7

We self-distribute in Fort Collins. We share distributors in every other city with tons of suppliers (sometimes including Sierra Nevada). In Denver we share a distributor with 62 other suppliers. It's just the nature of the beast, my friend. You'll see Super IPA very soon. I promise. It's worth the wait.

When you guys get a brewery in like Alpine to brew with your system, how much do your brewers tend to learn from the littler guys that will inform future NB releases? Is it more ingredients-related or process-related? Also, did Alpine struggle a bit with the ginormous NB production facility?

Never had anything Alpine to know what I am missing. I have had plenty of Deschutes to know what I would be missing so with my limited funds I opted for the Black Butte XXIV. I stand by my decision (though I have yet to try the BB XXIV).

OT: Drinking that Black Butte XXIV and definitely approve of my decision...one of the best I have so far sampled from Deschutes (full disclosure: I have yet to try many of their renowned bigger beers like The Abyss - which will be rectified the moment it hits the shelves this year - etc.)

Can't quite remember but I think it might have been $7.99 or $8.99.

Bummer, I was hoping it would be priced at the $5.99 level like the Fresh Hop IPA was.

Just went back to Wilbur's to grab a bottle of this and they already sold out. That was fast.
