The Locals HINTS AND HAULS THREAD

So we've been busy this weekend, and while I've gotten some drinking in I've been very inactive here and on untappd (I tried catching up this morning)... but here's a last night and tonight VBS -- last night my wife and I went over to my neighbor's to play cards (and drink) -- he is very willing to try stuff, has fairly similar taste to me, and is good to share with. So first, I'm not normally a big coconut fan... but I had gotten this from @MCMASTERSANCHEZ via the horizontalhood -- my buddy likes coconut, so I figured worst case I'd give him most of it...


... I absolutely loved it -- the coconut was there if you looked for it, but was VERY subtle. And the beer in general was amazing. I'm really looking forward to the others now, although will probably have to save the Hunter Cherry for my neighbor. Then we shared something that I've had before and loved (I believe @Louis121 sent it to me) -- and now has local distribution!!! -- he liked this one too, but not as much as I did.



and between yesterday and today, I packed 93 (!!??!!!) pounds that will be shipped out tomorrow to people in this thread. A couple of boxes are reasonable, but I tend to use beer as packing material ("hey, there's space here, I can probably squeeze in a bubble wrapped bomber") and may have gone a teeny bit overboard on the largest box. And I worked up a thirst, so now I'm enjoying



It's hard to see, but this is in #pgw -- thanks @dwmetsfan13. Now that I have this glass, I can start working on the other five Trillium bottles I've got (although unfortunately none of them are hoppy)!

I ask because I was gonna sen some ZD out but its dated 6/11. I don't want anyone on here mad cuz I sent them old ZD so was wondering if I pawn it off on a friend who doesn't seem to notice the difference or if it's not to old tobsend out to folks here

Finally going through and labeling my cellar with painters tape as I'm starting to get different vintages of some stuff and some dates are fading on bottles... this takes time
