    That's it!! Closing is done! 8 days until we hit the road for our new life in Florida!!

    Well a little bit, still got some more packing and re-arranging to do!
    The new owner was here, didn't speak to us of course; but he stood out front talking about how our house is going to be a walk up pizza shop! Don't care! I will be 1,000+ miles away!

    This beer is starting to grow on me. Very unusual yeast [​IMG] profile for an IPA. Surely full flavored for a 5 percenter....

    One of our favorite beers of all time and I must have seen that dog before...reminds me of our first lab. The two chocolates we have now are rescues and while they look like labs, but there the resemblance ends. I think they spent so much time surviving they don't know how to be dogs. Great pups, but no retriever instincts and even after six years remain quite shy. Tails wag constantly though!

    Kitchen looks great, too.

    2014 Sofie, still has some of the orange zest character but the wine barrel aspects shine through more and finishes really dry. I was influenced by GI's FB post today:flushed:
