    I have learned from experience that I prefer pipeworks fruited IPAs at about 3-4 weeks old. Fresh they are disjointed, and need time to settle down and the fruit additions to shine through. This is no exception - given 3 weeks for the fruit to integrate this is an fantastic beer.

    Thanks. We love the kitchen too. You should have seen what the 40 year looked like!
    Sparky's a rescue dog too. His owner's kids were highly allergic.
    He's the most mellow dog I've ever had.
