From what I have read, smoked beers are fairly well preserved and do not require high hopping or pasteurization. I emailed Schlenkerla to see if they pasteurize their beer.

    "Hello ******,

All beers of us are unpasteurized.

    Regards,

    "

Does anybody know how long Rauchbiers will keep in the fridge?

the same as any other beer. Typically a Rauch is 20-30 ibus. its boiled and hopped and assuming the brewery is clean and knows what they are doing you can push and unpasteurized beer to the limits ( finding that limit is up to you).
Personally id wouldn't go longer than 3 months post purchase. But experiment. I won't kill you

Bells are unpasteurised and they claim a shelf life of 6 months for most of their beers.

    Well that's a relief.
