    How does zombie dust age?

Not well, seriously, like any great hopped up pale ale, it will fall off relatively quickly, I wouldn't age it past 60 days. But you are free to do whatever you want with your beer.

If the ZD bottle is dusty, the liqour (beer) is most definitely not clean...

if you had fresh ZD, 2 week old ZD, and 1 month old ZD, you would most likely be able to taste the difference between the fresh and 2 week old ZD. by 1 month, it will taste completely different than fresh ZD. i'm not saying they taste bad, but at 2 weeks or 1+ month old, but you can definitely taste the difference. after 1.5 or 2 months, i wouldn't bother.

Had a 5 week old ZD today. The hop aroma dropped off quite a bit compared to when it was 3 days old. The flavor was still good but the subdued aroma definitely impacted the overall taste. It still beat the pants off a Green Flash Soul Style. It was a 9.5, maybe 9.75. Now it is a 7.5, maybe 8. I gotta crank through the rest of the ZD case by this weekend before it goes tits up.

So yeah, don't age this beer.
