I had my first Jammer 2.0 yesterday which I posted about in the 'other' thread. I usually drink beer at a 'measured' pace but to my shock that glass of Jammer went down fast!! I must have been real thirsty!?!

    Cheers!

I find it hilarious that I suggested pages ago 3.85 as the target and the measured pH I had today was 3.86. Talk about listening to your customers. Haha, but seriously, the tartness level and salt are right there. I will be purchasing an entire case prior to the 4th.

Popped open a 2.0 tonight and gotta say this is MILES better than 1.0. Tartness and saltiness are evident now where I felt it was nearly non-existent before. Much credit to @Sixpoint for listening to their customers and vastly improving this beer! Most companies out there now a days seem too stubborn or proud to do so.

@Sixpoint I will keep it simple: With 2.0 I now have another Gose that I will purchase all summer long. Salinity, earthiness and sour are in unison. Well done!

I wanted more salt and more tart, and sixpoint gave it to me in batch 2...but I still don't dig this beer.
Mind you, I don't think it's bad and if this thread didn't exist I wouldn't create one saying I didn't like it. However, it appears they are looking for honest feedback. The aroma is amazing but the beer is still dominated by the coriander-especially now that batch 2 seems to have a lighter feel. I appreciate the additional tart and salt, which should make the remaining 4 cans a nice parade pounder tomorrow.

Oh, and never had this problem with sixpoint before but both can tabs busted off after just cracking them open a hair...had to use the back of a spoon to get them open.

Been waiting a while to see this in CT. Not sure why being a neighboring state of Six Point. Seen and enjoyed everything else by them. Pretty soon Autumnation will be out and this awesome sounding summer gose will have missed it's opportunity.
