    Good morning. Windy and storm threatening this 7:45am in Mississippi. Already 79 degrees with 75% humidity:

    Loving this beer this morning! Sour and salty grapefruit up front; oaky, peppery middle; buttery Pinot Noir finish. This is like a Gose on flavor steroids! Excellent!

    The day is off to a good start...steeling myself for 5 hours of driving today to visit my wife's family in Knoxville ... Cheers!

    One of my absolute favorites. I keep telling myself I will save these bad boys for the winter, but I have discovered they taste just as good in 90 degree weather as they do in 40.

    How old is it? I ask because, despite having like three or four at the house for the past several years (at different brewing dates) I had one for the first time last night and despite being 4 years old, it was a violent monster of a beast. Good, no doubt, but I would have never guessed it would have been as hot as I perceived it. I just wonder what yours is like if indeed it's younger than four years old.

    I might actually agree, local brewery Starr Hill doing a rebranding as well, somewhat similar in nature: simpler, cleaner lines. Reminds me a bit of the change Apple made in its app icons. Know there are some graphic artists on here that might chime in.

    I did have to laugh a little in that my initial thoughts reading these posts (an self-introspection) is "Change is bad! Kids these days! Get off my lawn!"
