True, "Mars" is a very dramatic piece. Holst evidently wanted to lead off with a bang.

I moved out of A2 almost 2 years ago now, but do you go to Plum Market? That was the easiest place for me to get sixers of usually broken up beers.

If it helps any (not in AA), I saw some in my local Meijer.
I'm a little north of you but saw sixer at my local Meijer end of last week.

Uranus was excellent. I have never seen stout and IPA qualities work together like that.

This series isn't making its way over here from what I have read.

So wish Bell's distributed in Mass. I run a place called Galaxy and it would be super cool to have these available.

I SEE! I wasn't at work the last two days and was very afraid I would miss out. Turns out I didn't.
One more cap to add to my collection.
I still have the two bottles of Saturn that I bought and I think I still have a Jupiter. I can't even remember what beer I have anymore. Good thing I'm moving so I can drink some of it!

Believe me, this has been going on for months now in every beer geek site around. We all get to be in Jr. High again!

Was a very good black IPA

A notch below Dark Penance but definitely worth a pickup. Its also one of my favorite styles. The local liquor store I go to had a two bottle limit so I bought two before work. Got off work and bought one more after new staff was on shift.

For me, Uranus knocked the socks off dark penance. Much more balanced flavor without the burnt maltiness. Hope they bring this one back as well as Mars

I have seen some of "The Planets" series in the King Of Prussia area. I have not picked up any for myself yet. Can anyone recommend a particular planet?

Mars was great, but I have to assume if you found it now would be a malt bomb.

Saturn was a very smooth barley wine, if you can get it should be fine yet.

Uranus is the black IPA and was as advertised, taste and nose do not match the color.

Jupiter is a double brown, was fine but most not excited by it.

Venus and Mercury, most didn't care for but are not especially popular styles.

Each bottle had special caps so if you're in to collecting those that's cool.

Btw I have several of each if anyone is ISO
