    Bernice is my favorite of the Saisons I've had, admittedly I haven't had that many of the top rated ones though.

    Saison du Fermier is my favorite. Bernice and Casey Saison are a close second. And I don't love saisons...

    VBS - Tonight has been a good night. I shared several great bottles including my 12 DOS for the day. Among those beers was this beauty from JK: Nocturn Chrysalis. Beautiful sour with a great nose and very forward fruit.

    Casey Saison was unbelievable. Definitely among the top saisons ive ever had.

    I just think of everyone as Mike. Some people are 'Mike Lehigh', some are 'Mike Drew', 'Mike Dave', etc. We're all Mike.
