I've only seen cascade 3 times on shelves and every time it was over $30.

One place near me has the Elderberry for $43.99 ??!!??

Right near my office they have Apricot or Blueberry for $31.99, Cranberry for $32.99, and Sang Rouge for $34.99.

The good news is that this is so high I don't even consider buying it..

Yep. What a shame. They're very good brews but unfortunately at these prices they're missing a big portion of the market...

the ones in that picture where the price is clipped are in the mid to high 30's... but it seems like 23 isn't awful.

In the last couple months, for more than $27, I've bought myself an Apricot and Sang Rouge because it seems like they're worth it, though I haven't opened either yet to confirm. At the same price point I passed on Elderberry, Figaro, and Cranberry; Elderberry might have gotten my attention at $27. With that said, if this is above your usual price threshold, there are probably better things out there that you could splurge on, like a larger variety of Wicked Weed, for example.

yeah, i'd probably rather buy WW than these.. haven't been over to the shops that usually have them yet. this was randomly at a total wine I was at yesterday (that had a pretty random craft selection in general).

It's plenty fair. That's what you get for calling me Uncle. And crushing me with all your awesome trade boxes. And lets be honest, she's going to have a headache anyway.

Seems like all my relatives are from Texas, right grandpa Russ. And I definetly don't crush you on trade boxes, that's a crock of shit! And you're probably right about the headache, or maybe "I'm tired", or "I'm still bleeding", whoops I may have went too far. Sorry

Sang Rouge is quite tasty, as is Bourbonic Plague. I think both are worth the price for a one-time taste...I'd have trouble spending that regularly though...

Went to their barrel house last July and agree. Picked up the two bottles as they sounded up my alley (but as always with them... Expensive).

Agreed. Just had a Sang Rouge as we got some in as well. But @billhelm I've never seen them that cheap in NC (though without a huge amount of looking), which is crazy.

True, though keep in mind that the 'good' WW stuff (the limited releases) are all $20/500mL bottle, which is right inline with Cascade. Though that's not all their bottles and honestly I'd probably have the smaller size.

Also received a crazy ass box of beer from @treznor yesterday, I had picked up some local stuff he was after and threw in some more junk to fill up the box and Mike hits me with this:

Wicked Weed Golden Angel/Black Angel/Recurrant - All three big time wants.
Toppling Goliath PseudoSue (x2) - Another big time want!
Olde Hickory Redeemer/Irish Walker/Omega Point - Omega Point is a big time want and the other two should have been wants.
Foothills People's BBL Aged Porter/Jade - A want and Jade is an awesome IPA.
New Glarus Wisconsin Belgian Red - Shared one of these recently with some people that are kinda into beer and they loved it, now I have one all to myself (which of course my wife will drink at least half of).
NoDa Hop Drop N'Roll - Another awesome IPA.

Thanks for all this great beer Mike, if you ever want anything else from PA let me know!

If I remember correctly (and I am since I have my spreadsheet  ) your 'just some other junk to fill up the box' included Avery Uncle Jacob Stout and Great Lakes BA Blackout, two big wants of mine. Pshaw 'just some other junk'.
