    Today is all about the hops

    If the problem is not enough hops then this really is the problem solver! A west coast style with some aromatic hops but some serious bittering hops in there as well. It really reminds me of some of the Knee Deep dipa's that they make; very good

    Cool story on that one. Benford Brewing, a farm brewery on the outskirts of the outskirts of the outskirts of Charlotte, made a killer IPA called World's Problem Solver. That causes trademark issue with Evil Twin, and instead of suing, they make this beauty together, which is selling like mad and basically taking up all of Benford's tanks and allowing them to expand.

    First thing I did when I got home tonight is unwrapped my day #7 beer, wow @UTvols05 is 'da man!!!! Did you try to throw me off the scent with the Tequila BA Barley Wine post earlier today?

    Anyways, have to do a few things and then I'll be back with some pROn for you filthy animals.

    500 cases released yesterday... 800 people through the doors buying the max each, 5-8pm. Fuckinghell that's insane. And ruined my opportunity to buy cans on my trip out there tomorrow.

    Pop that Artaic in the fridge and drink it ASAP! So good! Might be my favorite from Trillium right now!

    Day 7 brings another familiar logo and I chuckle to myself that I'm getting an Ohio brew from a cat in Arizona.

    Pour is a deep brown with raisins wafting to my nose. The taste brings more raisins and a smooth barrel character.
