Can someone help me out. Trying to figure out the break down between keep only and regular beers from de garde. I saw the message on the first page but hoping someone can break it down into the follwoing two categorys as far as flovors.

Which ones are considered regular Imperial Bu's
Which ones are considered regular Bu's (berliners)

 

Go to Beaumont market, or whole foods in NE Hollywood district. if you want sticky hands at Beaumont, you have to ask. they dont put it on the floor.

as for de Garde, im suprised you have been striking out. i see both Bu and Petit Desay around town ALL the time

 

Try New Seasons. They just started carrying Bu Weisse. Also, check The Hop & Vine and Bailey's Taproom.

 

No more Bu Weisse for six months?!?! Okay... I'll try not to freak out...

 

Yeah, I hit two New Seasons and a couple of bottle shops. I was all over SE, but no longer have a ride so I may just go home empty handed. Not too worried as I am back a fair amount. Thanks everyone for the heads up!

 

Bailey's Taproom is just a block from the Max line. Their bottle list (which was updated yesterday) current lists both the Petit Desay and Bu Weisse.

 

There is a mix of both, but most regular Bu's are released to the general public. The term Keeper for the remainder of the year really was not meant to mean 'better' or 'more limited' beer overall, so it's hard to separate between the categories based on the most 'rare' or 'sought after' beer. The Keeper program was designed to allow for folks to get somewhat limited bottles who otherwise could not make it out to the brewery on a regular basis.

Can someone confirm the next quarterly party? Anyone from Keepers? I heard it's 29-Aug-2015.

I'd like to know because I'm in Portland for work that week, and currently leaving on the 28th. If someone can confirm that it's on 29th, I'd reschedule my flight. LMK!

Brewer confirmed it's the 29th shortly after anniversary party on FB. I posted this on another site, but will repeat here. If you plan to stay on the coast that weekend get reservations asap. 30,000+ people descend on Seaside for hood to coast that weekend. That will cause hotels/houses up and down the north coast to book up earlier than usual, even though Seaside is an hour north.

 

omg. thanks for the notice. I only have hotel in Portland until Fri morning. any places you recommend?
