4 elf party 2015

I stand corrected.

 

I arrived at 8 PM and got all.

 

if all you wanted was 2014 BA plead the fifth you could have showed up anytime night of party and next day. sooooooo.

 

i was there at 9pm and missed the variant and vintage. i did have a fair amount of people cut in front of me however. i really only go for the 2 cases of BBPT5 and the good time anyways though. i wouldnt mind getting some sarsparilla though, thats pretty good stuff.

 

Odd. We arrived at 6:30pm and were one of the last to get BourbRum and the 2012 BBPt5 was a pipedream by the time we received our numbered form.

 

My buddy and I arrived at 11pm the night before, ended up around #325. Sold out of vintage, but scored two cases of BBA Plead and Rum aged 4 elf. However, the real fun is the party at night. Had a ton of hard to find beers; everyone shared some big time brews.

 

Got there about 2:30am with 5 friends who are casual craft fans (aka not truck chasers or line sitters) and I told them how much fun I had in 2013 alone so they thought bottle sharing sounded cool. We hung out & wished we had gotten there much earlier just to share more beers in line & meet more people around us.
Oh and I got my 2 cases too

 

Well I guess we know what's necessary when arriving at 8pm to get everything then.

 

As soon as we got there until 5am....

 

Hey gentlemen - never been to this event, 12/12/15 accurate? Thinking about making the trek from So Fl. Cheers!

 

I'm going opposite direction of most in this thread. I've been to 4elf the past 4 years, and have waited overnight towards the front of the line each year. Fuck that shit this year, I'm getting there mid-afternoon that Saturday to get some BBPlead then enjoying the party. I'm done waiting outside in 20-30deg weather.

Or maybe that's because I'm diggin the warm weather right now and don't want to think about winter right now...

 

Have they announced a date for this yet?

 

nope, no BBPT5 this year.

It's all infected. They're dumping it all into kegs which I will have to dispose of properly.

 

They didn't announce details for 4elf last year until damn near the end of November as far as I can remember. I do believe I've heard that it's almost always the 2nd Saturday in December though. So probably plan for 12/12?
