    I'd love to try a barrel aged EMJ, but I'm not gonna jump throught the Pappy hoops. Pappy = 100% hype folks.

    Really hope I get to try this, I missed out on double barrel, so I will definitely talk to the guys at my local shop to set a bottle aside for me!

    Taste is subjective but I think we can all agree this will be grossly overpriced like most Evil Twin beers...

    That being said I'd still like to try it because I'm a glutton for punishment

    Double Barrel was a letdown? Compared to what?
    I did side by side with DBH with six people and we voted half for DBH half for DBJ.
    I think it is an amazing beer

    Oh, okay, you think KBS is a great beer...well that does explain a lot. (that's not a dig at you; rather a serious statement)
    It was never great when it was easy to get or not.
    I find it thin and kinda one note.
    But people like different things in different beers i guess

    The label says aged in "Bourbon" barrels not aged in "Pappy" barrels.
