Yeah, you can just change your trustee at any time and even do it on a per order basis.

The sale goes is the following:
1. Current Members Re-Enrollment - Ends 08/30
2. Preservation Society Membership Upgrade Period - Ends 08/31 (or until there are no more spots left)
3. Public Society Reservation Society Member Enrollment - Begins 09/14 (if there are spots open after the PS folks are done)

Last year, the public sale was sold out before I wake up, the majority of the spots were gone after the PS people upgraded. The safest way to get in RS is to sign up for PS so you get priority, but it is too late for that.

I've lost 25 pounds. Without trying. Just get stressed with work and a new baby coming and work 60 hours a week. It's an easy diet plan.

So here's a bottle to enjoy while I smoke some ribs with maple and bourbon wood.

And this one from @JNForsyth I'm still debating how I like this one. Just read the label its a wheat ale IPA hybrid. Oh and peppercorn that's what the flavor is. Never had a peppercorn beer. The more I drink this the more complex it gets. Pretty good actually

All this talk about Bruery, figured I'd pop this. If anybody was interested in splitting a RS membership this year and missed out on the Preservation Society, let me know. I plan on upgrading when it's available and there's no chance I maximize my allocations, especially with the sours which I'll probably be sending out more than I keep.

 

I've had zero intentions of joining the Bruery membership but if I did it would solely be because of @PG2G as a potential trustee.

Finally caught up on the thread after being away since Thursday at a friends place for a massive get-together, though I checked in occasionally and read a few things here and there... only drank 5 beers over the weekend (was going to drink more yesterday but stuck to mostly mixed drinks instead). Mexican Cake was amazing and while I'm glad I got probably 19oz from the bottle, that is a lot of damage to the taste buds
