    Doing an official beer tasting/quality control session this morning as we are canning fresh Resin, Sweet Action, Bengali, and tasting other brews at the brewery. This means we need a "calibration beer" to standardize the pallet. Those of you who have participated in BJCP panels know exactly what I'm talking about.

    Yes, that means drinking Bud Light first thing in the morning. :-)

    Happy Friday, Y'all!! Charleston FINALLY got a Charlotte beer after all of these years, thanks to the Unknown Brewing Company. This one is 'Over The Edge' American IPA. It's really nice and worth seeking out. Cheers!
