    Still drinking some old Sofie, this one 2011 and was reported to be infected (4/20/2011 bottling). Have to say that it is even better than the 2010, this is one is more sour and I feel that it is only making Sofie even better, cheers!

    Pours a clear gold with a one finger head that dissipates slowly to layer of fine bubbles that lace the glass nicely. Aroma of pine resin and citrus...tastes as smells...very smooth and refreshing mouthfeel. Really excellent.
