I found this buried in the fridge recently. It's definitely better fresh, but still drinkable. With pumpkin beers hitting shelves daily, Christmas can't be too far behind.:astonished:

    Happy weekend gang!

I always make sure to intentionally "lose" one in the fridge to be "rediscovered" midsummer.

Great Belgian session IPA. Big grapefruit, mango, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, pine, light banana, bubblegum, pepper, clove, wheat, cracker, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Sizeable peppery spice and piney bitter finish; with a very crisp and sticky mouthfeel with plenty of flavor for 4.4%. I will keep picking up singles of this while I still can. This has a lot of similarity to Dolly Dagger without the malt character.

My go to brown ale. Big robust flavors of caramel, toast, toffee, brown bread, nuttiness, and chocolate with moderate herbal hop flavor; and light-moderate earthy bitterness. One of the best true to style American browns out there.

Still really fresh and incredible as usual. Huge grapefruit, tangerine, mango, pineapple, lemon/orange peel, and pine; with some light caramel/bready malt balance; and a great sticky/resinous pine/citrus rind bitter finish. Always amazing.

7 month old bottling, glad they date their stuff now. Hops are mellowing out nicely. Huge dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, molasses, toffee, biscuit, and smoke/char malt flavors; with moderate herbal/piney/roasty bitterness and lighter notes of raisin/plum yeast fruitiness. All around world class complexity. Fresh and well aged are two complexity different beers due to the hopping, but I love both. A true classic RIS.

Good morning, BAs! The other day I had a Peche Mortel, and wondered here if it was no longer my favorite coffee stout; perhaps it had been surpassed by Victory at Sea.

Testing that theory right now. Initial results are inconclusive. This may require further research.

Cheers, and have a great weekend!
