It is not one giant bottle share. Yes, up in the front there will likely be a tent of people opening bottles. And there are more than 6 goobers - I'd estimate that, as I walked down the line at the Wild Peach release last year, maybe half of the folks were drinking something. There are many people content just to sit, talk, wait however.

Yeah, I've got no beef. But the release 2 years ago (Wild Blackberry?) on Friday, there was a very small number of people consuming alcohol based on my memory, so the situation appears to be evolving.

There is a lot of beer to be drank over the course of the weekend - starting at 8/9am isn't going to work for me

Personally, I wish traffic jams and the TSA bad touch experience had more bottle shares.

You could look through a few pages on here to get a good idea of what it will be like....

Yeah, I did. And like I said, I've been to a number of these before, but not since 2013.

You've made that clear so I was showing you what it is like now. It's nice and relaxing. People tailgate and share beer, but it is completely separate from the line to buy the beer. You can be in and out in 10-15 minutes, not including the time spent waiting in line for your ticket.

Well clearly you're not a true Wisconsinite then. There is nary an event that doesn't call for beer. :stuck_out_tongue:

Anyone opened Cranbic 2014 recently? Opened 4 bottles from a few 4 packs this weekend and they all smelled like vinegar/acetic acid and tasted the same. Red/pink color that was present when fresh was gone and every bottle was now a slight brown color. Seems like every bottle I had is infected? All bottles stored in refrigerator at less than 40 degrees F since fresh.

Same, drank a few over the past month and they were all great. All had the same reddish/pink color as before

Pulled a cranbic and cracked it tonight. Very delicious as usual. Glad I had a good excuse to drink one from the cellar. For science

I've been drinking Oud Bruin, Enigma, and Cranbic regularly this summer. :grinning:

A quick question for you guys that have been to one of these releases before: where can you park if the main lot at the brewery fills up? It looks like there's a school administration building down the road, but don't how they'd feel with us parking there. Thanks!

If the main parking lot is filled up there is also the dirt/gravel parking lot on the left when you pull up. If that is filled up also, cars usually start parking in the grass area to the left of the road that goes up the hill to the brewery.

I trust you can differentiate the beers @Ri0 I actually meant to pose that question to @MNPikey. I'm not sure how I did that lol.

Pretty excited to head up for this. Have always had to trade for these in the past, but this release actually lined up with my schedule!
