    have a good one BA's! off to work but have a Sierra Barrel aged Olivia Dubbel in the fridge for later among other things :wink:

    Just finished mowing the lawn here in Central NH hot and humid for sure. Brought a couple from these back from the cape last weekend nothing special but works for a lawn mower beer.[​IMG]

    Was it still semi frozen when you first seared it? If so then it should still fairly rare after the 2 hours in the oven.
