    So I bought a few FW Wookey Jack's at a bottle shop while visiting Garden Grove, CA. The one I'm drinking right now happened to be bottled on 9/27/13 while the others are relatively up to date. Did I just drink an old black IPA or are these okay to age? I haven't gotten around to the fresher ones yet since this is the first one I opened. It didn't taste expired but it tasted a lot like a stout, which I'm okay with.

    Played golf with a good friend who's going to retire in two days.

    Made a beer run over the Michigan border. At Greenbush now enjoying a barrel aged Dystopia. While the body of this beer is always on the thinner side, it is one tasty beer nonetheless. Got here in the nick of time as they are now down to single bottles.
